At Argenta Restoration Ltd., we take pride in the quality of our workmanship and preparation procedures. That is why we proudly offer a comprehensive 3-year workmanship service warranty to both our residential and commercial clients — longer than many painting companies that only offer 1 or 2 years of coverage.
Our team follows professional preparation and application procedures designed to promote proper paint-to-substrate adhesion and long-lasting performance. Preparation methods may include pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, spot priming, and other procedures deemed appropriate based on the condition of the existing surfaces.
An experienced foreman knowledgeable in professional coatings and application techniques oversees each project to help ensure quality control and proper workmanship throughout the duration of the job.

What Do You Need to Do to Qualify for Our Service Warranty?
Payment must be made in full as outlined in the signed contract or as otherwise arranged in writing. Late or unpaid balances may void warranty coverage.
Retain a copy of the original signed contract or estimate.
Promptly report any warranty concerns after they are first noticed. Delayed reporting may result in additional damage not covered under this warranty.
What is Included in Our Service Warranty?
Peeling, blistering, or coating failure directly resulting from defective workmanship or improper application performed by Argenta Restoration Ltd.
Work specifically included within the signed contract or estimate.
Repairs to affected warranty areas during the warranty period at no additional labour cost.
What is NOT Covered by Our 3-Year Service Warranty?
Any horizontal surface or any surface designed to allow water to collect or remain for extended periods of time, including but not limited to decks, stairs, railings, roofs, gutters, window ledges, and porches.
Cracks in plaster or drywall caused by structural movement or settling.
Any paint, stain, or products supplied by the customer.
Galvanized metal, bleeding knots, rust bleed, or tannin staining.
Moisture intrusion, trapped moisture behind siding or substrates, condensation, mildew, algae, mold, rot, deteriorated siding, substrate failure, or other pre-existing conditions beyond Argenta Restoration Ltd.’s control.
Any failure of previous paint layers, coatings, or improperly bonded existing substrates.
Exterior varnished surfaces.
Caulking failure caused by expansion, contraction, structural movement, or shifting substrates.
Any areas not properly prepared, repaired, or coated by Argenta Restoration Ltd.
Damage caused by acts of nature, excessive weather exposure, pressure washing by others, impact damage, lack of maintenance, or modifications made after project completion.
Additional Service Warranty Information
Exterior surfaces require regular maintenance and periodic inspections in order to maximize the lifespan of coatings and repairs.
In some cases, Argenta Restoration Ltd. may recommend replacement of deteriorated siding, trim, or other building materials instead of repainting. If replacement is declined, Argenta Restoration Ltd. cannot guarantee long-term coating performance over compromised substrates.
Paint colours and sheen levels may fade or weather over time due to environmental exposure. While paint can often be matched closely, exact colour matching cannot always be guaranteed.
Manufacturer material warranties are provided separately by the product manufacturer where applicable.

Service Warranty
Argenta Restoration Ltd. provides a comprehensive 3-year workmanship service warranty covering properly prepared and painted vertical surfaces included within the original scope of work.
Our professionals are trained to properly prepare surfaces before painting in order to promote proper paint-to-substrate adhesion and long-lasting performance. Preparation procedures may include pressure washing, scraping, sanding, caulking, spot priming, and other preparation methods deemed appropriate for the existing substrate conditions.
An experienced foreman knowledgeable in professional coatings and application procedures will oversee the project to help ensure quality control and proper application techniques throughout the duration of the project.
All quotes and estimates provided by Argenta Restoration Ltd. include products selected based on the suitability of the surfaces being coated. In the event of coating failure directly resulting from defective workmanship or improper application within three (3) years following the final walkthrough/project completion date, Argenta Restoration Ltd. will repair the affected areas at no additional cost.
This warranty applies to vertical painted surfaces only and excludes all horizontal surfaces or any surfaces that, by design, allow water to collect or remain for extended periods of time. Excluded surfaces include, but are not limited to, decks, porches, stairs, railings, roofs, gutters, window ledges, and similar areas exposed to excessive moisture retention.
This service warranty does not cover: • Existing substrate failure, deteriorated siding, rot, structural movement, delamination, rust, excessive moisture, water intrusion, condensation, or other pre-existing conditions beyond our control. • Peeling, blistering, or paint failure resulting from moisture trapped behind siding or other substrates. • Areas not properly prepared or repaired by Argenta Restoration Ltd. • Damage resulting from acts of nature, excessive weather exposure, building movement, lack of maintenance, pressure washing by others, impact damage, or modifications performed after project completion. • Mildew, algae, mold, or discoloration caused by environmental conditions. • Caulking failure caused by structural movement, expansion, contraction, or shifting substrates.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their property and promptly reporting any concerns after they are first noticed. Delayed reporting of issues may result in additional damage not covered under this warranty.
